Deep rose-red flowers are the darkest of the florida types. Not as vigorous grower but will still make a nice sized tree with time. New growth emerges red changing to deep green. Fall color is deep reddish-purple. Very popular selection.

When people talk about the "Red Flowered Dogwood" this is the variety they are talking about.
